Organic Herbal Tea
There are approximately 55 different varieties of lemongrass, which belongs to the family of sweetgrass plants. Lemongrass originates from South East Asia, Sri Lanka, India and Australia. The plant, also known as Citronella, is mainly preferred as a spice in the Asian cuisine. The dried plant is used in cut or ground form. However, the fresh stalk of the lemongrass has an extraordinary, slightly roselike and fresh lemon aroma with an exotic note of its own.
We recommend adding a splash of whole or semi-skimmed milk to our breakfast & flavoured black teas. Use 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup & 1g of matcha per 100ml.
