Chinese Yellow Tea
Yellow tea is a Chinese speciality produced in limited quantities. In terms of production, it is very similar to green tea, from which it originated quite by accident. The main characteristic that distinguishes yellow tea from green tea is the intentional yellowing of its leaves during processing, due to light oxidation. Yellow tea is characterised by its fresh and delicate flavour.

We recommend adding a splash of whole or semi-skimmed milk to our breakfast & flavoured black teas. Use 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup & 1g of matcha per 100ml.
