Ingredients: Black tea (56%), cinnamon pieces, ginger pieces, cardamom seeds, cardamom pods, vanilla pieces, flavouring.
Preparation: Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person.Sweeten it with honey and add a splash of whole or semi-skimmed milk. Add pepper and ginger to have an even spicier tea!
