A very special variety, organically produced in Yunnan, China. After the actual fermentation, the finely worked leaves are again moistened to start post-fermentation. Storing the tea afterwards for several months guarantees the expressive character with the typical earthy, slightly sweetish note, the full body and the dark, reddish cup pu-erh teas.

We recommend adding a splash of whole or semi-skimmed milk to our breakfast & flavoured black teas. Use 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup & 1g of matcha per 100ml.
