Organic Chinese Pu Erh Tea
A very special variety, organically produced in the Yunnan province. After the actual fermentation the finely worked leaves are again moistened to start post-fermentation. Storing the tea afterwards for several months guarantees the expressive character with the typical earthy, slightly sweetish note, the full body and the dark, reddish cup.
Preparation: Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person.
