Premium Chinese Green Tea
Origin: Bai lin & Song yang tea garden, Fujian province, China
Originally, grown only in high altitudes in Fujian, this tea got its name from the fact that it was picked by monkeys particularly trained for this purpose. Nowadays it is picked by human hands in a period of only a few days per year. The roughish, slightly downy leaf produces a light-green, smooth cup with a slight note of honey.
We recommend adding a splash of whole or semi-skimmed milk to our breakfast & flavoured black teas. Use 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup & 1g of matcha per 100ml.
