As you probably already know by now, we strive to reduce our waste as much as possible by only using eco-friendly, reusable and recyclable packaging.
Unfortunately, we are not able to recycle everything. However, in the beginning of 2020 we found Terracycle and started using their Zero-Waste Boxes!
We know, that the ultimate goal - offsetting our carbon emissions - cannot be achieved by recycling only. Team Tea Shirt decided to go further in 2021!

For every purchase over £25, we will plant a tree through the Eden Reforestation Projects. These projects reduce extreme poverty and restore healthy forests by employing local villagers to plant millions of trees every year.
Since they began over 384 million trees have been planted around the world in Ethiopia, Madagascar, Nepal, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, Kenya, and Central America.
Planting trees across the world is one of the biggest and cheapest ways of taking CO2 out of the atmosphere to tackle the climate crisis, according to research.
As trees grow, they absorb and store the carbon dioxide emissions that are driving global heating. New research estimates that a worldwide planting programme could remove two-thirds of all the emissions from human activities that remain in the atmosphere today.
