Brewing Guide (Western)

Tea Type Temperature Steeping time
White & Green Tea 70-80 °C 1-3 minutes
Oolong, Black Tea & Pu Erh 85-100 °C 2-3 minutes
Herbs, Fruits & Spices 100 °C 5-10 minutes*
Matcha Powdered Green Tea 70-80 °C whisk 1-2 minutes

 

We recommend adding a splash of whole or semi-skimmed milk to our breakfast & flavoured black teas.  Use 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup & 1g of matcha per 100ml.
