Clean and not astringent." - Judges of Great Taste Awards 2018"After scooping a gong at Great Taste Awards 2018, the judges said “A soft and delicate infusion, fruity with incredible sweetness,” when talking about Tea Shirt's Wu Lu green tea. The name is derived from the words mountain mist and green bud, respectively, it's sourced from China's Zhejiang province and is full of invigorating flavour and true character." - Selfridges says
Origin: Zhejiang province, China
The southeastern Chinese province of Zhejiang is the home of this expressive mountain mist tea. Its name is composed of Wu = mountain mist and Lu = green bud. The emerald green, thoroughly twisted leaf produces a delicately flowery, slightly sweetish, and highly flavourful infusion and is appreciated particularly for its refreshing and invigorating character.
I don’t normally like green tea. I’m trying to change my taste buds. Lol. I found the Wu Lu not too strong and gentler on my taste buds. Or maybe I’m getting used to it. Will be ordering again soon. Thanks
Fantastic tea as usual
A lovely cup that works well with a slice of lime. The more I have of this tea, the more I find myself wanting another cup. I found this to be very cleansing when I had a bad throaty cold recently. Liquid healing in its best form!
A clean and crisp tea which would delight any green tea lover . A light vegetal flavour with a mild sweet and delicate floral note. Didn't feel the need to add any sweetener as I enjoyed it's light flavour by itself. It has a refreshing cooling quality that makes its wonderful to sip on even on a hot day.
