HOW TO MAKE BALANCE HERBAL TEA:
Use 1 tablespoon of loose tea per cup. For a hot brew or iced tea add 100°C filtered water. For cold brew leave the loose tea leaves to sit in cold water for 6 hours for a citrusy refreshment! Serve on its own or sweeten it to taste.
