The leaves of the Moringa or "Miracle Tree" have been used for thousands of years for herbal tonics. Moringa leaves have recently popped up on the radar of western scientists, too. As more and more studies are conducted, the benefits of this plant emerge. The moringa tree is native to tropical areas throughout Southeast Asia.

HOW TO MAKE MORINGA ORGANIC HERBAL TEA:
Use 1 heaped tablespoon of loose leaves per cup or a large handful of tea leaves for every litre of water. Steep for about 6 minutes, your hot cup Organic Moringa tea is ready.
Serve on its own or sweeten it to taste. Traditionally it is frequently flavoured with honey, mint, and cinnamon to balance out the earthy notes.
